How to be a perfect Wine Snob ?

Not everybody can be a wine snob, it's a really hard job and if you want to survive in this wild world you have to follow some advices.


Here a small guide to survive in this world :


1 - At the restaurant
You have to always try the wine !
And please try to detect some default in a cheap wine to share with your friend your knowledge about real wines, I mean wines which are over 95.




2 - Vocabulary
You have to use a specific vocabulary to describe the wine... And make sure that few people understand you. Here a dictionary just for you.


3 - Knowledge
Please learn all the good vintage in Bordeaux, Burgundy and Champagne, the three most important region in France. Robert Parker can help you for this job. If you wan to be international don't forget wine from Nappa.


4 - Wine Cellar
You need to have a huge wine cellar with a lot of old vintage (older than you). And don't forget two things : Collect more wine than you can drink and have special hide corner with some cheap wine for your guest who understand nothing about this fabulous nectar.


5- Never forget this ! 
Never use a wine which is close with a screw cap ! A real wine is in a glass bottle with a cork !
